Infusion and Syringe Pumps

We first developed an infusion pump featuring a loadable drug library with safety limits and an embedded control stack precise enough to reach 0.1 ml/hour. Our scope covered mechanical design, schematics, PCB, device firmware, and a PC application used for firmware updates and drug‑library management. Building on that platform and the know‑how gained, we extended the system into a syringe pump variant at the customer’s request, adding an integrated drop counter for reliable flow verification.
What We Did
Designed mechanicals, schematics and PCB, embedded firmware, and a PC tool for firmware + drug‑library updates; delivered ultra‑low flow control down to 0.1 ml/hour with safety limits and an integrated drug library.
Impact
Expanded into a syringe pump variant with an integrated drop counter, delivering precise, safe infusion workflows across use cases.
